about Brooklyn
Ivy League

Brooklyn Ivy League provides elite career education directly to the consumer. You can expect resources on topics such as networking, resume, cover letter, personal branding, interviewing, MBTI personality assessment, applying to graduate school, and more.

Founded by an expert career educator and someone who had to pioneer her own college and career journey, Victoria Passarella launched Brooklyn Ivy League out of experiences she had working in career education in the Columbia University community. Victoria saw a contrast with the excellent resources available to elite students and alumni for navigating the world of work, compared to the lack of awareness of everyone else. Originally from Brooklyn and the daughter of an immigrant, she understood that most people do not have access to professional career education. She was motivated to start a company that would provide the larger society with insider knowledge previously only available to the limited few from exclusive organizations. Today, Brooklyn Ivy League offers resources to democratize access to quality career development.

“I met Victoria years ago, and the moment I met her, I knew she was someone I wanted in my life forever. Her person-centered approach, encouraging personality, wisdom, and kindness made me feel heard, motivated and cared for. Some of the many things Victoria has helped me with were conquering my fear of public speaking, improving my confidence, interview preparation, finding internships and jobs, and choosing a graduate school and degree program. Victoria has been an amazing mentor, friend, advocate and cheerleader. She has always challenged me to reach my goals and push beyond my comfort zone. Victoria has helped make navigating adulthood a lot less scary, and I am so grateful for her support"
